What is Psychic Counselling?
Psychic Counselling is a form of holistic counselling that brings you greater clarity in your life. During a session, Sarah uses her psychic gifts to reveal to you what is happening at a deeper unconscious level. In this process you are given greater understanding and clarity about those issues that are affecting your well-being in the present. You are then guided through a process to release those things from the past that may have been affecting you on the physical, emotional and soul levels. This process is unique for each client and at each session, and the results are immediate and profound.
What Happens During a Psychic Counselling Session?
During a psychic counselling session Sarah will work intuitively to relay back to you those issues that are coming forth to be addressed. These issues will be those that are affecting your wellbeing and which therefore you would most benefit in understanding and releasing. Sarah is able to facilitate your healing through bringing your attention to whatever is causing confusion or discomfort on all levels of your being, from the physical through to thought patterns.
During a session, Sarah may include the following, as appropriate: chakra balancing, aura clearing, counselling, energy healing, and channelled, loving guidance. You are also most welcome to ask questions during the session, though they may not always be answered if other more urgent matters require attention. Sessions are usually conducted standing, though sitting or lying down may at times be more beneficial and appropriate.
Sessions are conducted with compassion, honour, and respect. Sarah describes herself as an interpreter, guide and facilitator who is able to assist you to achieve profound and lasting improvements in your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Sarah recommends that you follow your first appointment with one or two further psychic counselling sessions. This is because in each session only the most pressing issues are addressed. Other important issues will and can only be brought forth into consciousness once the events of the first session have been integrated. In each session your wellbeing is paramount and therefore allowing yourself to integrate at a gentle pace with the support of several sessions is often of most benefit.
